BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking Terms, Conditions & Traveller Acknowledgement
Please review these terms before sending a reservation request. Individual tours and travel suppliers may have additional conditions, which will be disclosed before your booking is finalized.
Deposits are deducted from the final tour price and may be committed to transportation, hotel reservations, admissions and other suppliers.
1. Booking information and changes
You confirm that all information submitted is complete and accurate. Please notify Jeanne or Trans Asian Travel & Tours promptly about changes to passenger information, emergency contacts, travel documents, health or accessibility needs, or other booking requirements. Name corrections and other changes may be subject to supplier deadlines and fees.
2. Deposit and payment policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for each traveller: $50 for a tour priced at $499 or less per person; $200 for a tour priced from $500 to $800 per person; and $300 for a tour priced at $801 or more per person. Deposits are applied toward the final tour price. They are non-refundable because funds may be committed to transportation, hotels, admissions, reservations and other suppliers. Any remaining payments are governed by the cancellation and refund conditions disclosed for the tour and by applicable law.
3. Cancellations and booking transfers
A booking may be transferred to another eligible traveller only with prior written approval and may be subject to supplier rules, fees and deadlines. Cancellation charges may apply according to the specific tour and supplier conditions provided at booking. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
4. Health, mobility, dietary needs and allergies
Tell the organizer before travel about medical conditions, mobility or accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, allergies or other circumstances that could affect participation. Travellers remain responsible for their medications, personal medical needs and determining whether the itinerary is suitable for them.
5. Seating requests
Requests for priority, front or specific seating are considered but are not guaranteed. Seating remains subject to availability, safety, accessibility and operational needs.
6. Safety, conduct and personal belongings
Travellers must follow reasonable safety directions from the tour host, driver, venue staff and local authorities. Disruptive, abusive, unsafe or severely intoxicated conduct may result in removal from the tour without refund where permitted by law. Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings; the organizer is not responsible for loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Activities and assumption of ordinary travel risks
Travel may involve transportation, walking, outdoor conditions, attractions, crowds, weather and other ordinary risks. Travellers agree to use reasonable care and follow safety instructions. This acknowledgement does not waive rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.
8. Itinerary and supplier changes
Routes, schedules, attractions, transportation, pickup times, accommodations and inclusions may change because of weather, traffic, mechanical issues, supplier changes, government requirements, emergencies or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. When a material change occurs, customers will be informed and any options required by the booking conditions or applicable law will be provided.
9. Independent travel suppliers and events beyond control
Hotels, transportation companies, attractions, restaurants and other suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their services. Delays, cancellations or additional costs may result from severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, public-health events, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions or other events beyond reasonable control, subject always to applicable consumer protections.
10. Travel documents and insurance
Each traveller is responsible for valid identification, passports, visas and other required documents. Trip cancellation, interruption and out-of-province medical insurance options should be reviewed before final confirmation; coverage is subject to the insurer's policy terms, limitations and exclusions.
11. Photography and video
Tour photographs or videos may be used for Wander With Jeanne promotional and social-media content only when the traveller has not opted out. Customers may decline photography consent in the reservation form or notify the organizer in writing before the tour.
12. Agreement
By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have reviewed these terms. A reservation request is not a confirmed booking and no payment is taken through this form. Jeanne will confirm availability, the final price, supplier conditions and payment instructions before the booking is finalized.
